On June 28th we had Claire's 5th birthday party in Utah with our extended family! We thought this would be fun to do since we are rarely around family for birthdays. We are so glad that so many people could come and help us celebrate Claire's big day! I know she was so excited to have her cousins there! The theme was a Magical Pegasus Kingdom party. The girls were Pegasus ponies, and the boys were dragons "to protect the Pegasus ponies" Claire said. As the kids came, they got to decorate either Pegasus wings for the girls or a dragon hat for the boys to wear. We had a cardboard castle that anyone could color and play in. We also brought our bounce house for the kids to bounce in. We had a hot dog BBQ, and then a rainbow pinata followed by Pegasus cake and then presents. It was so much fun and when I asked Claire what her favorite part was she said "everything!!!". I'm so glad she liked her birthday, and that we could share it with family. A big thanks to my parents who let us borrow their home and yard to have the party in. It was the perfect place to have a party! Here are some pictures.
